I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building confidence, resilience, and balance in their everyday lives.

I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy, addressing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and a range of academic, professional, and interpersonal challenges. I provide individual therapy, consultation, and educational support, with an emphasis on practical strategies that promote meaningful and sustainable change at home, in school, and in the workplace.

I also assist families in navigating evaluations and school meetings, helping ensure clear communication and effective advocacy. In addition to my clinical practice, I have led social skills, parenting, and adult support groups, and I regularly present on topics including anxiety management, social communication, and parenting.

I am an active member of several professional organizations, including the New Jersey Psychological Association, the Selective Mutism Association, and the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
